You need:

1.    Sandwich loaf
2.    Rolling pin
3.    Butter 75 ml
4.    Cheese (depend on your need)
5.    Plastic wrap
6.    Serrated knife

To make a pinwheel sandwiches, you only need to trim crusts first from 5 slice of white sandwich loaf. Or, you could also try to have Whole wheat sandwich. Then, cut it like a Pullman-style. In this step, you can ask a help from bakery to cut it horizontally or in Pullman style. Flat the slices and spread 75 mL butter. Make it soft and spread it with cheese as the filling.

Add it with 1 asparagus spear or you can use 2 baby gherkins for each of it. Roll it up tightly but avoid squeezing. And then, use plastic wrap to wrap each of roll tightly. Allow it for around 1 hour in refrigerator. Use serrated knife and cut it to be 6 slices.
