First, you need to prepare the ingredients:

•    Sliced pastrami 6 oz.
•    Beer 4 oz.
•    Dijon mustard 2 tbsp.
•    Butter 2 tsp.
•    Thick rye bread 2 slices
•    Provolone cheese 1 slice

Follow these easy steps to prepare your pastrami sandwich:
  1. Put 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard and mix it with beer 4 oz in a saucepan. Boil it and reduce the heat to simmer. Add sliced pastrami 6 oz. and steer it for around 3 minutes
  2. Coat each 2 slices of thick rye bread with butter 2 tsp. and place on non-buttered side of the piece of bread with 1 slice provolone cheese. Heat it for over medium heat and place the piece of the bread and the cheese. In the skillet, buttered the side down. It would be perfect if you allow the cheese to melt slightly.
  3. Remove pastrami from pan and shake the excess liquid off and pile it to the top of the bread in skillet. Place the other slice of the bread and buttered side it up on top of meat. Flip your sandwich and allow for the other slice of bread to come in brown.
  4. Serve the sandwich with excess mustard liquid and beer for dipping.
Well, it is easy right? You can enjoy pastrami with your family member in the backyard for weekend. It would be great for you to gather with family and having a perfect hot pastrami sandwich.
